Can I allow this feeling? – or – Can I welcome this feeling?

Then answer the question. Whether it is Yes or No, does not matter.

2. Second Step: Ask Could I release these feelings? Again, a Yes or No answer does not matter.

3. Third Step: Ask Would I release these feelings?

4. Fourth Step: Ask When?

5. Fifth Step: Next examine your feelings.
